How to configure the screen recordings.

To configure the screen recordings, go through the following steps:



1. At Organisation level : 


Step 1 : Go to "Administration" tab,

Step 2 : Click on "Advanced",

Step 3 :
Click on "Recording Configuration",

Step 4 :
Enable the "Screen Recording",

Step 5 : Now Click on "Add Schedule",

Step 6 : Configure the recording schedule and click Save.

Note :


"When configuring, please ensure the start date and time are set in the future. If configured for past dates or times, the configuration will not be applied."



2. At Team level :
 

Step 1 : Go to "Administration " => Advanced Tab 

Step 2 : Click on "Teams",

Step 3 : Select the "Team Name",
 

Step 4 : Click on "Recording Configuration",

Step 5
 : Enable the "Screen Recording",

Step 6 : Now Click on "Add Schedule",

Step 7 : Configure the recording schedule and click on save.



3. At User level : 



Step 1 :  Go to "Administration " => Advanced Tab 

Step 2 : Click on "Users",

Step 3 : Select the "User Name", 

Step 4 : Click on "Recording Schedules",

Step 5 : Enable the "Screen Recording",

Step 6 : Now Click on "Add Schedule",

Step 7 : Configure the recording schedule and click on save.
