How to install the application for Existed users in the dashboard

Step 1 : Go to the Administration tab and click on "Users"

Step 2 : Search with the username

Step 3 : Click on the "Actions" button under that username

Step 4 : Select "Agent."

Step 5 : Click on "0S type and agent type "

Step 6 : Download the exe file and share it to the user

Note : If the employee is already existed in the dashboard then download the user file to avoid new user creation.
