To effectively analyze data per company policy, it's important to categorize the productivity level of apps and websites tracked by Time Champ. Time Champ keeps tabs on how employees use various apps and websites, allowing it to calculate their productive hours automatically.
This feature helps managers and admins determine which apps and sites benefit team members based on their roles and teams. By comparing total work hours with productive hours, Time Champ reveals the productive time spent by each team member.
Navigation: Goto Settings => Tab: Productivity apps and websites
There are two ways to mark application or website as productive or non-productive
Add a new rule.
1. Click the Add New Rule button from the Productive Apps and Websites Tab.
2. Add New Rule popup displays
3. Enter the application or website name you need to configure.
4. Select the check box if it is the website URL.
5. To designate a category for an application or website, choose one from the drop-down menu.
6. Choose the productive type: productive or non-productive.
7. Click Add to add a new rule.
8. Cancel to return
A new rule will be added to the application or website
Configure the productivity type.
Select productive or non-productive for each application to set the productivity type from the productive apps and websites tab.
Productive: Applications that are configured to be productive are synced to productive time.
Non-productive: Applications that are configured as non-productive are synced to non-productive time.
Neutral: Applications that are not configured to be productive or non-productive are synced to neutral.
NOTE: We Can also set application's under productive or non-productive on team level as Well
