Step 1: Log in to your Time Champ account using your admin credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Settings’ section and select the ‘Company Profile’ tab. Scroll down to view the SMTP details.
Step 3: Fill in the respective fields with your SMTP details:
- SMTP Mail
- SMTP Password
- SMTP Address
- SMTP Port
- SMTP From Address
Step 4: After filling in the forms, please verify if you are receiving mail from your SMTP section.
