1. What is Time Champ and how does it work?
Time Champ is an automatic time tracking and productivity measurement software designed to help businesses monitor employee activities, enhance productivity, and streamline workforce management. It offers features like real-time activity tracking, screenshot capture, attendance monitoring, task management, and detailed reporting.

**How it works:**
- A lightweight agent (software) is installed on employees’ computers to track their work activities, such as time spent on applications, websites, and tasks.
- It categorizes activities as productive, non-productive, or neutral based on customizable settings.
- Managers can access a user-friendly dashboard to view real-time data, generate reports, and gain insights into team performance.
- Optional features like screenshots, screen recordings, and keystroke monitoring provide deeper visibility into work patterns.

2. Do you need any special permissions to install it?
Yes, installing Time Champ requires certain permissions depending on the operating system:

- **Windows:** No special administrative permissions are typically required beyond standard user access to install the software. However, you may need to exclude Time Champ from antivirus software (other than Windows Defender) to prevent it from being flagged or blocked as an external application.
- **MacOS:** After installation, you must grant specific permissions in System Preferences under "Security & Privacy":
- **Accessibility:** To enable login and start/pause functionality.
- **Input Monitoring:** To capture keystrokes and mouse clicks.
- **Screen Recording:** To allow screenshots or recordings.
- **Full Disk Access:** To store captured data locally and sync it to the dashboard.
- **Admin Rights:** For initial setup or configuration (e.g., enabling the agent for multiple users), a user with Super Admin permissions may be required to adjust settings or install across an organization.
- **LynxOS**
Currently Time champ application is compatible until Ubuntu 22.04 version with Wayland being disabled

The setup is designed to be straightforward, with no IT expertise needed for basic installation.

3. What internal data will the application have access to?
Time Champ accesses specific internal data to perform its monitoring and productivity tracking functions:

- **Computer Activity:** Time spent on applications, websites visited (including URLs), and task-specific usage.
- **Input Data:** Keystrokes and mouse clicks for activity intensity analysis.
- **Visual Data:** Screenshots and screen recordings (optional, based on settings).
- **Attendance Data:** Clock-in/out times, breaks, and idle periods based on laptop activity.

**Privacy Note:**
- Data like passwords or sensitive personal information is encrypted and not directly accessed.
- Access is restricted to authorized personnel (e.g., managers or admins), and employees can view their own data for transparency.
- Live video and screenshots are optional and configurable to respect privacy preferences.

The data collected is stored securely (e.g., on Azure Cloud or customer-owned servers for on-premises solutions) and is used solely for productivity insights and compliance purposes.

4. Any compliance-related issues that might come up which clients need to be aware of?
Like any SaaS product, Time Champ requires attention to data privacy and security.

Time Champ is designed with compliance in mind (e.g., ISO 27001:2013 standards), but clients must tailor its use to their specific legal and organizational requirements.

5. Hiring Manager wants to review the Time Champ reports of his resource. How to get the reports?
The hiring manager can access Time Champ reports easily through the dashboard:

2. **Navigate to Reports:**
