In this article you will know about HR management


Step 1: Login to your site with credentials in browser

Click on sign in button


Step 2: Go to HR


click on HR icon





Here you can see the different tabs  in HR module


  • Employees
  • Documents
  • HR Settings


Employees :


Here you can see all the employees details in a list view


You can enable special tracking for an employee by using the enable tracking button



Click on that settings icon and you will get a pop-up like below


Here you can select the Track employee checkbox then it expands with tracking options like below



If you want to track employees opened apps and url's then you can select the Track apps and urls toggle switch



Move the scroll down and you will get another options like below


Here you can enable tracking for keystrokes, mouse clicks and screenshots



You can also update the employee details by using edit button



Adding new employee :


click on the plus icon at top right of the page for adding new employee



You will get a pop-up like below


Enter all the mandatory fields and click on Add button to add new employee details



You can search the employees list by using advanced search button


Click on filter icon



You will get a drop-down like below


You can perform search operation with employee name, email, status etc.,



Download employee list :


You can download the sample employee list by using the download button



Click on download button and downloaded file will be as follows



Upload employee list :


You can update the sample downloaded sheet with your employees details and upload the file by using upload button



Documents :


Click on documents tab in the HR page



You will get all the documents that you have created



You can add new documents by using the plus button at top right of the page



When you click on the plus button, you will get a pop-up like below and enter the store name and then click on save button to save your documents



You can also edit and delete the documents by using edit and delete buttons in actions column





HR Settings :


HR settings tab will show all the management details of the employees like managing badges, managing contract types, managing employee payments, education levels, job categories etc.,



Left of the page contains all the apps that are used for managing the employee details
