How to add company hierarchy details

Step 1: Login to your site with credentials in browser

Click on sign in button


Step 2: Go to HR 


below screen will be appeared


 


Click on HR Settings 



 


HR Settings page will be as follows



 


Here click on the Company hierarchy and you will get the following



 


Here you can see the overall company hierarchy by clicking on Expand all button and it should be as fallows



 


If you want to see less, you can click on the Collapse all button and it should be as follows



 


If you want to add the new company or branch or entity you can click on the plus button(+)



Here you can enter all the mandatory fields and then click on save button to add otherwise click on cancel button



 


You can select the company level form the dropdown



 


Here you can also add the parent company by clicking on the add parent button



You can also edit the company by clicking on the edit button



 


Here you can change the company details and then click on save button to add the company otherwise click on cancel button



 


If you want to delete any company from hierarchy you can delete by clicking on the delete button



 


Here you can click on yes button to delete the entity otherwise click on cancel button



 


If you want to add or edit the branch, the following screen is shown



 


You can give all the mandatory fields and click on save button to save otherwise click on cancel button
