Productive Time = Actual time spent on applications that are configured to be productive during working hours.
Unproductive Time = Actual time spent on applications that are configured as non-productive during working hours.
Neutral Time = Actual time spent on applications in that If any application or website which are not configured neither productive nor unproductive
Idle time = If there are no mouse clicks or keyboard click it will considered as an idle time.
Offline Time = System is in shutdown or in sleep state then it will considered as an offline time.
Away Time = Idle time +Offline time+Break Time
Working Hours = Productive hours + Unproductive hours + Neutral hours
Total Hours = Working Hours + Away Time
Online Time = Working Hours + Idle Hours

Working Time:
