How to exclude and whitelist in eScan ISS

Step 1:  Open eScan ISS, then click on "File Anti-Virus".

Step 2: Then click on "Settings".

Step 3: Click on "Objects" , then click on "Exclude Files/Folders".

Step 4: Click on "Add" and add the Timechamp/Svcct and TempInstall folders, Setup file,

then click on "Apply".

Step 5: Click on "View Quarantined Objects", then Select and Restore the files related 

to Timechamp/Svcct.

Step 6: Now click on "Settings", then click on "Options", and then click on "Whitelist".

Step 7: Now Click on "Add" and add the path addresses related to timechamp/svcct, 

then click on "OK".

Now try to run the setup file again.
