How to increase the IdleTime(Company/User level/Team level) in V2

How to configure the Idle Time in Company level:

Step 1: Log in to your site with credentials in the browser

example site address https://support.sites.timechamp.io

Click on sign in button

Step 2: Go to Settings Module. Below a screen will appear.



 

Step 3: To increase the idle time for all users. In the Time Tracker Type Select the application type click on idle timeout period and select the time period. 

 

                                              

How to configure the Idle Time in User level:




Step 1: Go to the Settings Tab.

 


Step 2: Click on the username to whom you want to increase the idle time. In the Time Tracker Type Select the application type click on idle timeout period and select the time period. 


                                 

How to configure the Idle Time in Team level:



Step 1: Go to the Settings Tab.

Step 2: Click on the team name you want to increase the idle time. In the Time Tracker Type Select the application type click on idle timeout period and select the time period.
