How to stop the screenshots(Company/user level)

Here you have to learn how to stop the screenshots form tracking

How to stop screenshots in company level :

Step 1: Login to your site with credentials in the browser

Click on sign in button

Step 2: Go to Time tracker

Below a screen will appear.

Step 3: Stop screenshots for all users.

Click on the Settings.

It will be displayed as follows.

Click on Tracker configuration.

Then you will get the following screen.

Uncheck the screenshots.

Then you will get a message like below.

Screenshots for all users in your team are stopped.

How to stop screenshots for single user :

Step 1: Stop screenshots for single user from special tracking.

Go to HR

• See that user have any special tracking like below.

• Click on that special tracking symbol.

• Then you will get a track employee popup.

Scroll below and you will get screenshot frequency toggle switch.

Click on that toggle switch and click on save button.

You will successfully stop the screenshots for the user.
