Step 1: First, we need to create a user in the users tab


1) Go to the users tab

2) Click on the "Add User" button, fill out the mandatory fields and reset password for the user





User created successfully .


Step 2: After creating the user, enable the location tracking permission in the user level


-> Go to the users tab
-> Search the username
-> Click on 'Edit" button
-> Go to "User Configuration."
-> Enable "location tracking" permission.




Step 3: Create project and task and add the user into the project

Step 4:  Go to the Location Tracker Module and create the jobsite



1) Specify the job site name.

2) Enter the location where you want to track data

3) Specify the radius within which you want to start tracking when the user enters the mentioned location.

4) After that, click on "Continue" button



5) Assign the jobsite to the team or specific users

6) Assign the project and tasks so that when the user enters into the location, they can start the project

7) Mention the on-arrival and on-departure options

The start timer means that when the user enters into the location, it starts tracking
Send the remainder. It will send the remainder once you enter into the location
Don't start the timer. The user needs to manually start the timer once he enters the location.


8) Click on "save" button to save the jobsite





Step 5 : After creating the job site, install the "TIMECHAMP LOCATION TRACKING" application on mobile and login with credentials, and then it will start tracking.
