Below is the procedure for checking and submitting the timesheets added by the user.
Note: Once the project is created and tasks are assigned to the users, they are required to log their time for each specific task.
To access the timesheet module, users must be granted the appropriate permissions based on their assigned roles.
Step 1:
After logging their time, users should navigate to the timesheets section to submit their time
records.
Once the user submits the task, the submitted task will be visible in the submitted tab
Step 2:
After users have logged their time and submitted the timesheet to the administrator, the
administrator will have the authority to approve or reject the specific time entries made by the users.
If the task is approved, it will become visible in the "Approved" tab
If the task is rejected, it will become visible in the "Rejected" tab
In order to view both the approved and rejected tasks, users must be granted specific permissions based on their assigned roles.
Step 3:
After approving the recorded time, an invoice will be generated based on the approved hours and the corresponding hourly rate.
