To navigate the Advanced in Administration,
Step 1: Click on Administration.
Step 2: Click on Advanced.
In Advanced, we can change the working hours, holidays, recording configuration, role settings, and additional settings. These can all be changed at the organizational level.
Working Hours:
In working hours, we can fix the tracking hours, fixed breaks, and working hours. All of these can be configured in this working hours section.
Working Hours:
In terms of working hours, we can fix the minimum working hours to be considered half-day and the minimum working hours to be considered full-day.
Tracking Hours
In this Tracking hours, we can fix the start time and end time of the stacker.
Fixed Breaks:
In fixed breaks, we can fix the fixed breaks at what time he can take the break. That break can be fixed here.
Holidays:
In holidays, we can declare that on what date we have, the holiday's can be kept in the holidays section.
Recording Configuration:
In recording configuration, we can configure the video and audio-related things. We can also fix a particular time at which the recording needs to start and end.
Role settings:
In Role Settings, we can fix the role-related configuration that can be done at what level and with what type of permission, as well as add new roles.
Additional settings:
In additional settings, we can configure the break and storage-related things.
Break Options:
In Break Options, we can fix the break options and storage configuration-related things. Break options mean what type of breaks we can take; those will be configured here. In this, we can add, delete, and edit regarding the break.
Storage Configuration:
In Storage configuration, we can configure the storage-related things and see how much of storage was been used at which date.
The above-mentioned things we can see based on the users and teams we can see individually.
