How to reset the password?

Step-1: Go to ADMINISTRATION, navigate to USERS section

Step-2: There will a search bar to the right in the USERS section, here search for the user

Now, to reset the password

Step-3: Click on ACTIONS

Step-4: A pop up will be displayed and click on RESET PASSWORD option

Step-5: On clicking, a pop will be displayed to reset the password

Step-6: Enter new password and confirm it and click on CHANGE option

The password reset is successfully done.
