How to Delete a User?

Step 1: Login into the dashboard, Go to Administration Tab, navigate to Users 




Note: In order to delete a User, initially we need to make the user as an inactive user


Step 2: To Inactive the user, Click on the edit option of that particular user 



Step 3: A pop-up will be displayed. In the user profile tab, disable the Is Active option and click on save.


Note:

If we deactivate a user, their previous attendance data will remain available on the site for review. However, if we delete a user from the inactive users list, their previous data will also be deleted and cannot be retrieved.

Step 4: On saving, select the inactive user's option




Step 5: Now click on the actions 




Step 6: A pop-up will be displayed. In the pop-up, click on delete option, and select delete to permanently delete the user.
