The manager has access to view the attendance, activity, and productivity data of their reportees. Below, we will go through the sections where the manager can view this data for their team.


Users:

To view the reportees, go to the Users tab where you can see the details of all reportees.

Before the username, you will see the status of the employee:

  • Green indicates the user is working.
  • Red indicates the user is offline, the system is asleep, or the system is shut down.
  • Orange indicates the user is on a break.
  • Yellow indicates the user is idle.




 


TimeTracker ==> Dashboard :

In the dashboard, the manager can view an overview of employee details, including their check-in time, finish time, total working hours, productive hours, away time, non-productive hours, and neutral hours.




TimeTracker ==> Attendance :


In the Attendance section, the manager can view all users' attendance data simultaneously. The manager can filter and view attendance records on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, or within a custom date range. Additionally, the manager has the option to download detailed employee attendance reports.





To view a detailed attendance breakdown for an employee:

  1. Navigate to the Attendance tab.
  2. Select the employee's name.
  3. Choose the specific day.

The manager can then view the detailed attendance report for the selected employee.






TimeTracker => TimeClaim :

On the TimeClaim page, the manager can review requests from users to convert their non-working time into working time. To view these requests:

  1. Navigate to the TimeTracker section and open the TimeClaim page.
  2. Select the manager's name to view all user TimeClaim requests.







Productivity => Trends :

On the Productivity Trends page, you can view how productively your employees are working. For example, if an employee worked 8 hours on the system, you can see how much of that time was spent on productive applications, non-productive applications, and neutral applications.





To view the list of productive, non-productive, or neutral applications an employee has used:

  1. Go to Productivity Trends.
  2. Select the employee's name.
  3. A list of applications will be displayed below.

To see the complete list of applications, click on the More option.




Activity ==> Websites visited :


The Websites Visited section allows you to view the websites visited by users. You can also filter the data for a specific user and view it on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.


  1. Go to the Activity tab.
  2. Navigate to the Employee section and select the user whose activity you want to view.
  3. Go to the Websites Visited section to see the list of websites accessed by the selected user.




Activity ==> Applications Used :

The Applications Used section provides a detailed view of the applications accessed by users, including the duration and the percentage of time spent on each application.

Steps to view the data:

  1. Go to the Activity tab.
  2. Navigate to the Employee section and select the user whose activity you want to view.
  3. Go to the Applications Used section to see the list of applications used by the selected user.




Activity ==> By Categories :


In the By Categories section, the applications visited by users are categorized and displayed based on their respective categories.


  1. Go to the Activity tab.
  2. Navigate to the Employee section and select the user whose activity you want to view.
  3. Go to the By Categories section to see the applications grouped by category.




Activity ==> Detailed Activity:

In the Detailed Activity section, you can view a comprehensive breakdown of the different websites and applications visited by the user, along with other activity details.

  1. Go to the Activity tab.
  2. Navigate to the Employee section and select the user whose activity you want to view.
  3. Go to the Activity section to see the detailed activity of the selected user.
