How to install application in windows

Step 1:Login to the admin dashboard

Step 2: Click on "Download Agent" option

Step 3: After that select in which "Opearating system " the employee is using





Step 4: You'll get 2 options :

1)To install for me : If you want to install the application in logged in user system then you can select this option.

2) To install for Employees : If you want to install the application in Employees system then you can select  this option.

Step 5: Here there are 2 types of agents:

1)Interactive Agent:  If you install the interactive agent , Employees can see the timechamp application in their systems, and they can take the breaks from the application .

2)Silent Agent: If you install the silent agent, the employee can't see anything on the system .It's running in the background.



Note : If you select the interactive agent you'll get 2 options :

1) Manual: If you download the manual file then you need to share the username and password to the employees to login to the application


2) Automatic: If you download the automatic file then there is no need to share any credentials, automatically based on the system logged in username users will create  in the dashboard  

Step 6:  After selecting the option, click on the "checkbox" and download the file 

Step 7: After clicking on "download " button, one exe file is downloaded




Step 8: Share this exe file with the employees and inform them to double click on the exe file .  Applciation is installed succesfully in the user system.
