Step 1: Login to your site with credentials in browser
Example site address https://support.snovasys.io
Click on sign in button
Step 2 :Go to HR
Step 3: Download the sample work items file
sample file will be downloaded in excel format like below screenshot
open the excel sheet then it displayed the predefined format
Step 4: Enter the employee details manually in excel
After downloaded enter the all employee's details and save
Step 5: Upload the employee's list in HR
Again open the site and go to HR then click on the Upload icon
select the file then click Open button
below pop up will be appeared then check employee valid is True, then click on Upload button

Step 6: Edit the employee details
After Adding an employee, if you want to update the employee details Click on the edit icon in action column
below pop up will be appeared
- Edit the employee details in the pop-up and click on “ update” button then employee details will be updated successfully
- If we click on the “cancel” button the changes will not be updated and simply it closes edit employee pop-up and nothing changes in the previous data.
- To view an employee HR record, click on the employee record then the employee it will redirect to the employee profile page
You can update all the employee details like shift, rate tag and contact information etc in this page.
