Step 1: Log in to your site with credentials in the browser

Click on sign in button


Step 2: Go to Projects


Click on the projects icon



You will get the page as follows



Here you can see the different tabs


  • Projects
  • Tasks
  • Projects Activity
  • Project Roles
  • Project Reports
  • Project Settings


Projects :


In this projects page you can manage all the project details like adding projects, goals, sprints, work items, project members, test scenarios, bugs etc.,


Creating a new project :


You can refer this to create a new project, test suites and scenarios


Adding members in to project :


You can refer this to add members in to projects


Creating work item Types :


You can refer this to create work item types


Set Goals and add tasks :


You can refer this to set goals and adding new tasks


Adding dependency to the work items :


You can refer this to add dependency for the work items


 


Tasks :


In tasks tab you will get all the tasks those are work items, bugs, activities etc., added to the project members



It shows the tasks with estimated time and spent time and also display the status of the task


You can filter the tasks by clicking on filter icon


Here you can perform filter operation using two types


One is with saved filters



Another one is you can create filter then you can save and apply that filter



Projects Activity :


In this page, you can view the employees activity on the projects.



You can search the activity of the employees by using filter button



Project Roles :


Project roles page shows the roles with permissions


You can give permission to the employees based on project roles



Adding new roles :


If you want to add new roles to the project members, you can refer this


Project Reports :


Here you can get all the reports regarding to the projects



For example, Project usage report will be as follows



Project Settings :


You can manage workflows, board types and view logging reports etc., can be done by using the project settings page



Creating workflows :


you can refer this to create workflows for the projects


Creating board types :


You can refer this to create board types


Viewing work logging report of employees :


You can refer this to know the work logging report of employees
