How to set goals and add tasks ?

Here learn how to set goals and add tasks


Step 1: Log in to your site with credentials in the browser

Click on sign in button


Step 2: Go to Projects



below screen will appear



Select the created project


Step 3: Add the goal


Click on the Go to backlog button



Click on the plus button



below screen will appear


  • Enter all the values in the fields and click on the Add button.
  • Fields marked as an asterisk (*) are needed to fill compulsory fields.



Select the board types and according to the selected board, the view will be displayed.


Then the created goal is displayed on the left side goals section.




If you want to add the goals as Active goals click on Like button it will added as Active goal 






Select three dots appear on the Top right side  and click on Horizontal 


Below popup appears

Click on the Plus to create a work item or click on the Create a work Item to add tasks.




  • Enter the work item name and click on the Add button.
  • You can create multiple work items at a time by pressing enter option after entering each work time name and finally click on the Add button.



The tasks are added successfully



You can create subtasks by clicking on the arrow symbol at the starting of the work item name.



  • Clicking on it displays a create a sub-task option.
  • Click on it then a work item field is displayed enter the work item name and click on the add button.
  • You can create multiple work items at a time by adding each task in a new line and finally click on the Add button.
