Time Champ helps you set goals for your project and assigns tasks to employees to share the workload.
To create a Goal :
1. Go to the projects.
2. You will be viewing the projects.
3. Click on the appropriate project that you want to add the goal to.
Once you've clicked on the project, you'll need to add a goal.
Step 2: To do that, simply click on the 'Add Goal' option and enter the mandatory fields:
Goal Information
Goal Name: [Enter Goal Name]
Goal Short Name:** [Enter Goal Short Name]
Goal Start Date:** [Choose Start Date]
Goal End Date:** [Choose End Date]
Estimated Time:** [Enter Estimated Time]
Responsible Person: [Choose Responsible Person]
Then goal will be created Successfully .
If you want to add more goals please follow the below process:
1) Navigate to the "Go to Backlog" option on the left side.
2) Click on the "+" Icon to add a new goal
3) After clicking the "+" icon, a popup window for adding a new goal will appear and fill all the mandatory fields .
4) Then goal will be created in backlog
If You want to make that backlog goal into active goal. Approve the goal now; it will be an active goals
