1. Go to the projects.
First, we need to create the project. To create a project, please refer this guide
After create the project, we need to create the goals
To add the goals, open the appropriate project.
After clicking on the appropriate project, a popup will appear below.
To add a goal, click on "Add Goal" button
After clicking on "Add Goal" button below, a popup appears
Here, we need to fill the below fields:
- Enter the goal's Name.
- Enter the goal's short name.
- Enter the start date and deadline date.
- Enter the estimated time
- Choose the responsible person.
- Click "Add" to add the goal
Click cancel to return.
If we want to create more goals, please follow the steps below:
below screen will appear
- Enter all the values in the fields and click on the Add button.
- Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are needed to fill out mandatory fields.
Select the board types, and according to the selected board, the view will be displayed.
Then the created goal is displayed in the left-side goals section.
If you want to add the goals as Active goals, click on Like button. it will added as Active goals.
Process to add the tasks:
Go to the Projects
After clicking on the project, you can view the goals inside the project.
Click on the appropriate goal for which you want to Add the task.
To add a goal, please click on the "+" button in the Not Started column.
After clicking on "+" icon below, a popup appears
- Enter the work item Name.
- Select the owner and work item type.
- Enter the start date and deadline date.
- Enter the estimated time and dependency.
- Select whether it is billable or not.
- Give tags to work items.
- Click Add to save the work item.
