How to get alert messages on pause and resume activities of employees ?

Here you have to know about how to get alert notifications or messages for tracker pause and resume events.

This alert helps managers to get an email where their team members pauses or resumes Time Champ on their computer. This will be applicable to whole company.

In order to get this alert emails on pause or resume events, you have to add the below two permissions in the Tracker alerts configuration.

• Tracker pause alert to manager
• Tracker resume alert to manager

The alert mails are sent like below

For adding this permission please follow the below steps.

Step 1: Login to your site with credentials in the browser

Click on sign in button

Step 2: Go to the Time tracker page

Step 3: Click on the three dots icon at top right page of the tracker page

Click to the Tracker alerts configuration tab

You will get a pop-up like below

Add the "Tracker Pause alert to manager" permission and "Tracker Resume alert to manager" permission by clicking on check boxes before that permissions and then click on Save button.

You have successfully add an alert for pause event and resume event of your team members.
