Time Champ Configuration Settings

In this Article we will guide you on how configuration settings work in Time Champ 

You will find the configuration Tab within Administration

Within this Configuration Tab there are these sub sections

Time Tracker Configurations:

Idle Timeout Period :  Within this period if there are no Key Strokes or Mouse Clicks then the time untill the user comes back to working will be considered as idle time

Ability to Pause :  This option Enables the Pause/Start Button within the Time Champ Application

Ability to Finish/Exit : This option Enables the ability for the user to Finish for the Day or Exit the application

Ability to view edit time : This option enables a link which redirects to edit under attendance in Time Champ website
Here the user will be able to edit the attendance and request for a time claim

Eligible for Auto Resume : If this option is enabled and when you click on pause to take a break you will get a few options to auto resume with the specific time , if the time exceeds the user will get a popup stating "Have you started working" 

Ability to Select Break Options :  If this option is enabled when you click on pause button , you will get a dropdown to select the break options 

Note: The break options can be added in Administration -> Advanced -> Additional Settings -> Break Options

Ability to View my Dashboard: This option enables a link that redirects to user's dashboard in Time Champ Site. 

Ability to mark away time as working time : When user comes back from idle, the application will ask if the user is working or non-working, after submitting the admin/manager will get a time claim request to approve this time as working time.

Ability to split away time from agent: : User can split the idle/ away time from the Application 

Screenshots Configurations:

If you want to capture screenshots you should enable the toggle button

Select the frequency - It takes one screenshot for one minute

Should the screenshots be blurred - If you don't want the screenshots to show confidential info we can enable this, and the screenshots will be blurred

Should the live streaming be enabled - from here we can select if we want the live streaming if we hover on user

Can screenshot be deleted by user - user can delete the screenshots

Notifications & Emails:

Send Non-Productive App usage notification:
Enabling this option will send an email notification to Manager/Super Admin if the user or employee uses a non-productive application.

Tracker email to manager for approving away time as working time:
If the user Edits Attendance/ Request for Time Claim the respective manager or super admin will get a notification email.

Daily Summary Report:
Users will get a summary report of their working hours and productivity hours the next day morning

Not meeting the minimum time requirement:
If the user didn't meet the minimum time as configured in the working hours a notification mail will be sent the next day 

Late Login Notification: 
If the user logs in late than the mentioned work start time then an email notification will be sent 

Manager Daily Summary Notification: 
Managers will get their team summary report notification mail every day 

Company Level Productivity Notification:
This Notification email will be sent to super admin on overall company's productivity on daily basis

Time Tracker Suspicious Notification:
If user keeps pressing same key for more than 3minutes suspicious activity is detected, mail is sent to the manager

Tracker Idle alert to manager: 
If user is in idle than the time configured here the mail is sent to manager.

Work start notification:
 if user starts working, mail is sent to the manager.


Blocked Users:   We can stop specific user from getting mails by selecting their names and adding in blocked users
