How to check whether your tracker is running or not ?

Step 1: Login to your site with credentials in the browser

example site address https://<yourcompany>.snovasys.io

Click on the sign-in button

Step 2: Click on the profile icon

You can see the popup like shown below

The red dot in the profile tab indicates that your tracker is running

If there is no red dot which means your tracker is not running

By using that red dot, you can check your tracker is running or not.
