Product Customization Process

We are always looking for suggestions and ideas to help improve Time Champ and are very sharply focused on growing the feature set, improving usability, and increasing the value that we deliver to you.

We review in detail each feature, change and customisation request to see how it aligns with our longer-term strategic goals and the potential benefits it brings to our users and customers. Where we see clear benefits and value, we will plan any development work into our product roadmap, prioritising along with the other great features and improvements we have planned.

Where features and changes will deliver a lot of value for you and delivery is required faster than would be the case with the normal roadmap delivery process, we can work with you to expedite development. This is a paid-for service where you will directly contribute to the development costs. Each request will be assessed for the complexity and amount of development effort involved and will be priced accordingly. If this approach would align with your needs, contact our sales team who can start the process of engaging with our product team, working with you to drill down into requirements if needed, and produce a quote along with expected delivery timescales.

Once again, thank you for reaching out to us and we encourage you to share any suggestions and ideas for improvements so we can continue to improve Time Champ’s industry-leading benefits.
