How to set up interview process to a job

Learn how to set up interview process to a job in time champ


Step 1: Login to your site with credentials in browser

Click on sign in button


Step 2: Go to Recruitment



by click on recruitment menu below screen will appear



Step 3: Open Link/create interview process


Give a right click on the job, Click on Link/Create interview process menu



By click on Link/Create interview process menu, below popup will be appeared



Step 4: Add interview process


Click on Add interview process(+) button



By click on Add interview process(+) below popup will be displayed



Step 5: Add interview type


Click on Add interview type(+) button to configure new interview types



By click on interview type add button below popup will be displayed



Fill the mandatory fields to add interview type and click on save button



Fill the interview process name and select the interview types needed for the process and click on Save button



Step 6: Link/create interview process


By click on save button added interview process will be appeared in the interview process dropdown



Select the interview process from the interview process dropdown



After selecting the interview process, selected interview process related interview rounds will be appear
