How to update candidate hiring result

Learn how to update candidate interview result in time champ

Step 1: Login to your site with credentials in browser

Click on sign in button.

Step 2: Go to Recruitment

by click on recruitment menu below screen will appear.

Click on job opening to get Candidates.

Step 3: Status and Its purposes

Observe the candidate hiring status in below with default hiring status as New.

Select hiring status as Being interviewed when interview process started.

Select hiring status as Selected when candidate schedules done successfully.

Select hiring status as On hold when candidate schedules done successfully but pending with any verifications needed.

Select hiring status as Candidate rejected when candidate schedules not done successfully.

Select hiring status as Recruiter rejected when candidate rejected by responsible job recruiter.

Select hiring status as Offered by sending candidate offer letter.

Select hiring status as Offered rejected when candidate rejected offer after sending offer letter.

Select hiring status as On boarding when candidate accepted offer and verification completed.
