Step 1: Login to your site with credentials in browser

Click on sign in button
Step 2: Go to Recruitment Calendar
by click on recruitment calendar menu below screen will appear
Step 3: Approve schedule
Click on approve schedule button in time slot of schedule
By click on approve button below popup will be appeared
Click on Yes button to approve the schedule
Step 3: Schedule confirmed email
After approve the schedule candidate and interviewers will get confirmation email
