This article helps you to assign the desktop to your employee if you could not see the respective desktop in the Desktop dropdown
Type -1: Check if it is already assigned to any other user
Step 1: Login to your site with credentials in the browser
example site address https://<yourcompany>.snovasys.io
Click on sign-in button
Step 2: Go to Time Tracker Module
Click on the Users tab in the tracker page
You can see all the users list after opening Users as shown in the below screenshot
On the top right side of the user management screen, you can see an Advanced Search Button as shown in the below screenshot.
Click on that Advanced Search Button and Select the status as Inactive which displays all the inactive users in Time Champ.
If you find the desktop which you are looking to assign to the new employee which is previously assigned to an old employee in the Inactive list, then unassign the desktop from that old employee and then you can able to see the desktop to assign to the new employee as below.
Step 3: Unassign the desktop from the old employee
Click on the Edit button against the employee whom you would like to unassign the desktop as shown below
You can see the below popup to unassign the desktop from the old employee. In the Desktop filed in the pop-up choose Select none and Click on the Update User button in the pop-up.

Now, you have unassigned the desktop from the old employee.
Step 4: Assign the desktop to the New employee
In the user management screen, again click on Advanced Search Button and Choose Active in the Status dropdown as shown below
Now you can see all the active employees in Time Champ.
Click on the Edit icon against the user to whom we need to assign desktop
Select the respective user desktop from the dropdown.
Click on the Update user button after selecting the user's desktop.
