For Windows:
Step1: Is the user working or not today?
Step2: Is the running any antivirus software on his system?
Note: If using any antivirus, then need to check if the Time Champ application is excluded from AV or not

Step3: Does he/she have any Svcvtt folders on his system
C:\Users\<<User name>>\AppData\Local\svcvtt folder
Note: If the folder was there need to collect those for further check
Step4: Is he working on the same system or a different one
Step5: Is there any error in the event viewer related to Time Champ
ex: Application crashed, kernel base error, etc.
The above points need to check step by step based on that to resolve the issue on the windows system
For MAC:
Step1: Check whether all permission is provided properly or not in the system preference
Note: Open system preference/security&privacy/accessbility&screenrecording&input monitoring
Step2: Check-in logs
Path: Computer/users/<User name >>/open hidden items/.Library/ logs/Time Champ logs
Step3: Check on the website is assigned the proper desktop/not
The above points need to check step by step based on that to resolve the issue on the MAC system
For Linux:
In Linux, if the application is not installed properly then the application will not work
Step1: The downloaded must be placed in the downloads folder only
Step2: Before installing the application need to check if any old version is running in that system and uninstalled it.
