How to check system slowness problem

Here is the article to check system slowness problem with Time Champ 

Step 1: Uninstall the Time champ applications from system 

Step2: Download the zip file from here 

Step3: Extract that zip file 

The extracted Zip file contains the following sub files

Step 4: Check the individual cases 

Open key stokes + browser folder
Copy the Time Champ Application in that key stokes + browser folder and paste in the 1 Main Raw files folder which is the top most file in the extracted folders

When you tried to paste the application it will opens the popup like below

Click on 'Replace the file in the destination' option

Then the pasted file is shown like below

Double click on the application to run and if it asks the site address, please give your respected site address like  this <yourcompany>.snovasys.io and click on Apply

The Application was running in your system and please note if any slowness occurred in that particular area.  

Step 5: Repeat the process step-4 for all the remaining files

And noted where the slowness occurred among all the files.

• If slowness occurred when you have running the Track Nothing application then the slowness issue is not the problem of TimeChamp.

Otherwise please share the log file from below path
