Organisation Level:
To configure the idle timeout period for the organization level please refer below steps:
Step 1: Open the settings menu.
Step 2: Click on the "Organization" option.
Step 3:. Navigate to the "Company Configurations" section.
Step 4: Inside this section, locate the "Idle Timeout period" option.
Step 5: By selecting this option, you'll be able to easily configure the idle time settings at the
organization level.
Teams Level:
To configure the idle timeout period for the team level please refer below steps:
Step 1: Open the settings menu.
Step 2: Click on the "teams" option.
Step 3: Select the "Team Name."
Step 4: Select the "Team Configuration."
Step 5: Inside this section, locate the "Idle Timeout Period" option.
Step 6: By selecting this option, you'll be able to easily configure the idle time settings at the
teams level.
User Level:
To configure the idle timeout period for the user level please refer below steps:
Step 1: Open the settings menu.
Step 2: Click on the "Users" option.
Step 3: Select the "User Name."
Step 4: Select "User Configuration."
Step 5: Inside this section, locate the "Idle Timeout Period" option.
Step 6: By selecting this option, you'll be able to easily configure the idle time settings at the
User level.
