Here you have to know about idle time configuration feature in TimeChamp application.
Some times you don't click any keys and mouse movements when your in a meetings or any presentations, In that time Time Champ application gives a pop up like this
If you click any key or mouse movements in the pop up it will not added to idle time
if you don't click any key idle time pop up will appear like this
if you click NO or anywhere in window except YES it will be added to idle time, If you click YES pop up will be displayed like this
Give the reason for your idle time and click on submit
Your higher authorities will get a notification regarding this if they approve your idle time is added as working time , If there are not approve it is not added as working time
