How to configure the idle times of the employees ?

Here you have to know about idle time configuration feature in Time Champ application.

Some times when you're in a meeting or any presentations like that, the time will be calculated as idle time. In order to resolve problems like that Time Champ has a feature that you can mark your idle time as idle if you are not working otherwise mark as working time with a reason for why it is taking idle time. 

The idle time pop-up should be as follows

Here it shows the idle time duration and along that it asks about two things and user need to do anyone of those two things.

• If you are not working during the time, please click here to mark as idle time
• Otherwise, if you are working, please select the duration you have worked and provide the description so that your time will be considered as working time

For adding this feature, you need to add the configuration like below.

Adding idle time pop-up feature:

Step 1: Login to your site with credentials in the browser

Click on sign in button

Step 2: Go to the settings page

Click on the settings icon

Then you will get the settings page like below

Go to the role settings tab

Give the permission "Can mark away time as working from agent" for whom you want to send the pop-up.

After giving this permission to the roles, you will successfully get a pop-up and mark your time.
