Time details on Attendance page


 


The Attendance page should displays user activity time details in different categories of times like below.


  • In time
  • Finish time
  • Working Hours
  • Productive Hours
  • Idle time


 


In time:


In time is the time when you have started the system or tracker.


Finish time:


Finish time is the last activity time of the user.


Stealth mode: The finish time is the last activity time of the user and it should be updated.


Punch card mode: The finish time should be calculated when he clicks on the finish button on the punch card.


Total time:


The total time of the user is calculated based on start and finish times.


Working time:


Working time is the time that you have spent on the system with activities like mouse moments and keystrokes.


You can see your working time by clicking on the working hour in the timesheet.


 


To see the tracker details of the particular employee then Click on the Productive time


Here you can see your usage time with productive, unproductive and neutral applications .


 

 


Idle time:


Idle time is calculated when you have idle and did not perform any mouse moments or keystrokes at that time. 


You can see your idle time records by clicking on the idle hours in the timesheet





Here it displays your idle records with application name and idle time.


 


Offline time:


Offline time is calculated in different events like system shutdown events, tracker stopped and start events, system sleep and wakeup events.


You can see your offline events by clicking on the offline hours in the timesheet.



 


Here it displays all the offline events with date and event.



 


You can also add the Optional Columns, select the required options and click Apply Filters.
