How to find my team attendance and how to download

Time tracker will keep tracking the time details of the employees automatically like start time, finish time, idle time, productive time & spent time.

How to view team attendance :

Step 1 : To access this report, go to Time tracker, click attendance tab it will display the all timing of your team.

• If you want to see the one-day back reports or one-week back reports then click on the back arrow (<) to view the one-day back report or double back arrow (<<) to view the one-week back report.
  
  
  

How to download team attendance :

Team attendance :

 To download the attendance of your team click Download icon as shown below.

• If you want to see the monthly attendance of all users  . Select the Month 
  
  
• If you want to see the weekly attendance of all users  . Select the Week 
  
  
• If you want to see the daily attendance of all users  . Select the Day  

• User level attendance :
  
  If you want to see the particualr employee weekly attendance then select user name and click on Week  and select the  week.

• If you want to see the employee monthly attendance then select user name and click on Month  and select the Month.
  
  

• If you want to see the employee attendance  within date range then click on Date Range  and select the from date and to date.

• To see the tracker details of the particular employee then Click on the Productive time.

• Below popup appears.
  
  

• In the tracker details screen, you can view the productive apps, unproductive apps, neutral apps, idle time, events and screenshots , activity.
