How to Setup Idle Time Configuration as Working Time for an Application

Step 1:

Go to Settings and click on Productive apps and Websites

Step 2:

Click on the Filter icon and Select the Inline Filters option

Step 3:

Now Search the Application you want to configure and click on edit icon under "Idle Time Configuration"

For Example lets search for Teams application as shown below

Step 4:

A Popup will appear as shown

Then select as per your choice
- If you need set as as long as the user is on the Teams Application the Time should not be taken as idle then select "No Idle Time"

- If you need to set for a period of time i.e if the user is idle for lets say 10min on the Teams Application then select "Custom"
