How to Check application is installed in the user System through Admin Dasboard

1. Login to the admin dashboard:

Access the administrative dashboard of the application using your admin credentials.



2. Navigate to User's Tab:

Inside the admin dashboard, locate and click on the "User's" tab. This section likely contains user-related information and management options.


3. Check the desktop assignment:

Within the user's tab, find the "Desktop" section. This section allows you to determine whether a desktop has been assigned to a user or not.


4. Verify desktop assignment:

If a desktop is assigned, it indicates that the application is installed on the user's system.

To check when the desktop was assigned to the user, proceed to the next step.


5. Inspect the desktop section for the assignment date:

Within the desktop section, there should be sorting options available.

Use the sorting feature to find out when a specific desktop was assigned to the user.

By sorting the data, you can identify the date and time when the particular desktop was assigned to the user.
