How to extract system logs in windows

To access the system logs, follow the steps  below:

1. Press the Windows key + 'R' key simultaneously a pop will be showing in below . In the dialog just serach 'appdata' and then click on the 'OK' button.

2.It will be directed to the 'AppData' file as demonstrated below and click on 'Local ' .

3.  Go to 'Timechamp ' file.

4. Inside this location, there is a file named 'Timechamp.' Choose this file and then Right click on it  and select  compress it into a Zip file. 

5 . A zip file will be created as showing in the below. Send that zip file to specific user.
