How to Debug when a silent application is not running ?

Step 1: Please check if the main application and Aos are running in Task Manager or not.

Step  2:  Please check if the folder is created in the registry with the name Svcvtt and inside folders (Device context and User Context) with the right version number.

Step 3: Check if we have the folder with the name Svcvtt in the below path.

Folder Path : \AppData\Local\Svcvtt

Step 4: Check if there are shortcuts available in the below path that are helpful for the auto-starting of these applications.

\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Step 5: Please make sure that the main application folder is excluded from any antivirus that is being used in the system and by default windows defender.

Step 6:  If all the above ones are fine, please try to click the exe manually as shown below.

Step 7: Even though the application is not running try to restart your computer as it will automatically pick up if anything has been ended manually.

Step 8: Finally, if there is no luck even after doing the above steps, please send the logs from the below path and also the information followed in the above steps.

FolderPath : AppData\Local\Svcvtt\Svcvtt

Also, check if the DB folder exists or not when checking the logs folder.

Note: while following the above steps, please wait for at least 1 min to check if the data is coming or not in the timesheet.
