Org Structure

To navigate the Org Structure in Hr.

Step 1: Click on HR.

Step 2: Click on the Org Structure.

In organizational structure, we can add a new business unit, department, and location. 

Business unit:
In business units, we will keep different business units that were under our organization and will be present here.

To add a new business unit, follow the below steps.


Step 1: Click on the Add Business Unit button.

Step 2: A pop-up will appear. Give the details of the business unit details and click save.





Department:

In departments, we will keep different departments in a business unit that were under our organization and will be present here.

To add a new department, follow the below steps.


Step 1: Click on the Add Department button.

Step 2: A pop-up will appear. Give the details of the department and click save.







To assign the employee to that department in bulk, follow the steps.


Step 1: Click on the Bulk Assign Employee.

Step 2: A pop-up will appear. Add the employee who we would like to add to this department and click ADD.




Location:


In Locations, we will keep different locations that our organization was present in; we can keep them here that were under our organization.

Step 1: Click on the Add Location.

Step 2: A pop-up will appear. Give the details of the location, and click save.




To assign the employee to that location in bulk, follow the steps.



Step 1: Click on the Bulk Assign Employee.


Step 2: A pop-up will appear. Add the employee who we would like to add to this location and click ADD.




We can see them all based on the different active and inactive.
