1)Organisation level :
Step 1: Go to the "Administration" Module
Step 2: Click on the "Advanced" Tab
Step 3: Click on working hours.
Step 4: You will get a working hour configuration popup.
Step 5: You can set working hours and tracking hours as per your needs and click on Save.
2) Team level
Step 1: Go to the Teams tab and click on the edit icon of the respective team for which you want to configure working hours or shift hours.
Step 2: You will get a pop-up and select working hours.
Step 3: Set working hours and tracking hour configurations according to your needs. Click on Save.
Step 4: If you want to add a new shift, click on Create New Group and enter shift configurations.
Click on Save.
3) User level:
Step 1:. Go to the users tab and click on Edit for the respective user.
Step 2: After clicking on Edit, you will get a popup.
Step 3: select working hours and set working hours and tracking hours configurations as shown in
below fig.
Step 4: Click on Create New Group to add a new shift to the user, and click on Save.
