1. Interactive mode :
You can install the application in interactive mode only. Silent mode tracking is not available in this plan.
Note : If you want to monitor the employees activity in silent mode , you have to upgrade the plan to next level ( i.e professional or Enterprise)
2. Automatic attendance :
Here Automatic attendance means once the application is installed in user's system, daily once the user open the desktop/laptop , it will automatically start and start the tracking without entering any credentials by the user and start time considered as a login time.
The below image for your reference for organisation level view ,also you can check the data in user level level and team level.
3. Single Shift
Here Single shift means, You can configure the single shift in working hours.
for example :
If an em works from 9 AM to 6 PM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
and works from 12 PM to 10 PM on Tuesday, Thursday
In the above scenario it is not possible to configure multiple shifts, You can only configure single shift through out the week.
4 & 5 Productivity classification & Category classification:
Productivity classification means
You can configured the application which comes under productivity and which comes under non- productivity. Green represents productive application and orange color represents non productive applications. Based on this configuration only , exact productivity report will be generated.
Category classification means
You can classify your applications into categories like office apps, social media apps, etc. We can add new category also.
6 & 7 Teams view and Teams -2
We have the option to create the teams with limit 2. The created teams can be displayed under single section called teams.
You can separately configure the team workings.
8, 9 & 10 : Monthly attendance report, Daily Time sheet report & Monthly Time sheet report.
Under the reports tab, you can download the these reports.
Monthly attendance report means you will get attendance like absent, present , Full day, half day like day for organisation, team or user level for a month.
Daily time sheet report means, you will get working hours, idle time, away time etc .. data in this report on daily.
Monthly timesheet report means you will get working hours, idle time, away time etc .. data in this report on Monthly basis.
Note : These should have to download manually. It is not possible to trigger via mails.
11. Time claim:
If the user is in idle time for some time and want to convert that non working time into working time, then the user can send the request to superadmin by giving reason for claiming. Those claim requests will reflect under time claim tab.
12. Offline tracking :
For the start of the application user must have stable internet connection, in middle if they lost internet, the data will store in local and once the internet is stable this will sync to dashboard/portal.
13. Auto login/ Logout :
Inorder to start the application, user needn't to enter the credentials. Once they open the system it will take it as a login time.
If you configure the working hours/shift hours the tracker will start and stop the data tracking based on working hours.
14. Application Tracking & Website Tracking :
Whatever the applications and websites opened, that will be tracked and reflected under websites visited and application visited tab.
Note : Downloading the activities is not possible in this starter plan.
15. Productivity Calculator :
Based on productive and non- productive apps configuration, the productivity time will be calculated. You will check productivity data in teams, organisation and user levels.
16. Company level Time zone :
You can set the time zone across organisation level. This will helps to check the data in same time zone.
Note : All the features included in this plan are fixed and cannot be altered. If you want any features which are locked, you have to upgrade the plan to next level (i.e Professional or Enterprise )
