1. Check the Task Manager

  • Open the Task Manager.
  • Under the "Start-up Apps" tab, verify if application-related components are running:
    • If the application is in silent mode, the file name will be Svcvtt.
    • If the application is interactive, the file name will be TimeChamp.
  • Check if AOS is running during this process.
  •  


2. Kill the Application and Change the Network

  • If you see the application in the taskbar, right-click on it and select "Close application".
  • After closing the application, switch to a different network and try again.


3. While installing these things, you need to see.

  •  The file name should not be renamed. The file name was renamed or can be identified by seeing that the end of the file name should not have any characters after the "=". The file name ends with only "=".


4. Exclude from Antivirus

  • If you have antivirus software like Avast, Total360, Bitdefender, or Norton, exclude the following files and folders from antivirus scanning:
    1. %systemdrive%\Users\*\AppData\Local\TimeChamp
    2. %systemdrive%\Users\*\AppData\Local\Svcvtt
    3. Svcvtt.exe
    4. Svcvtt.aos.exe
    5. aos.Svcvtt.exe
    6. TimeChamp.exe
    7. TimeChamp.aos.exe
    8. Aos.TimeChamp.exe
    9. %systemdrive%\Users\*\AppData\Local\TempInstall
    10. aos.Svcvtt
    11. Aos.TimeChamp
    12. Svcvtt
    13. TimeChamp
    14. Svcvtt.aos
    15. TimeChamp.aos


5. Identify if the Application is Running in Silent Mode

  • Press Windows + R to open the Run dialogue.
  • Navigate to the "Local" directory.
  • Look for a file named Svcvtt. If it is present, it confirms that the application is running.


6. If the application is still not working, share the logs with the support person of Time Champ. To get that, follow the steps below.

 

Share Logs with Support

  • If the application is still not working, gather the logs and share them with the Time Champ support team.
    • Press ⊞Windows + Rto open the Run dialogue.
    • Navigate to the "Local" directory.
    • Locate a folder named Time Champ or Svcvtt and open it.
    • Inside, there will be another file with the same name (TimeChamp or Svcvtt).
    • Zip the folder and send it to the support team for further assistance.
