Upload Bulk users in Time Champ

Learn how to upload bulk users to Time Champ

Step 1: Login to your site with credentials in the browser

Click on sign in button

Step 2: Click on users tab

below screen will be appeared

Step 4: Download sample users file

Then, sample users Excel file will be downloaded in your system as below

open the excel file after download completed then it appears as below

After opening the Exel file then fill the following details to add users

• First name
• Last name
• Id
• Email
• Role
• Designation
• Department
• Desktop Name
• Desktop Username
• Mac address
• Line Manager Email

Save the Excel sheet after adding all details of the new users' details in the sheet

Now, Upload the edited Excel file by clicking on the upload button which is next to the download button

A File manager window will be opened by clicking on the Upload button to select the excel file.

Then select the edited excel file and clock on Open

After clicking Open then a new popup will be open with uploaded excel sheet's user details for checking validations as below

If any validations mismatched then the error messages will be displayed as below

In this condition close the popup and re-edit the invalid user details in the Excel sheet and then upload again

If the validations all are matched then click on the Upload button on the right bottom side of the popup

After clicking the Upload button and refresh the page then the newly created users will be added in Time Champ
