How does data retention work in Time Champ

Time Champ holds the following sets of data in our database with different formats for a given period of time.

Out of all the different kinds of data, both the documents and the screenshots can be held in customer's Azure Blob Storage. In which case, the limits do not apply.

Time Spent Summaries Across Days	This is the time sheet data for all the active employees.	3 Months
Time Spent Summaries Across Applications & Websites	This is the summary data for all the employees by each application.	3 Months
Detailed Applications Titles & Time Spent On Applications	These are the list of all the application titles along with the time spent on all the applications.	One Week
Screenshots*	All the screenshot images.	One Month
Keystroke Counts	Number of keystrokes for each 10 minutes period.	One Week
Mouse Movement Counts	Number of mouse movements for each 10 minutes period.	One Week
Active Users Daily Spent Hours	Time spent daily for each active user.	As long as subscription is active
Inactive Users Daily Spent Hours	Time spent daily for each inactive user.	One Month
Productivity Apps Configuration Data	Configuration data for all the productivity apps.	As long as subscription is active
Projects	All the project titles, responsible person and key goals.	As long as subscription is active (Subject to 1 GB storage for user)
Tasks	Task titles, assigned to, descriptions...	As long as subscription is active (Subject to 1 GB storage for user)
Documents*	Documents, files.	As long as subscription is active (Subject to 1 GB storage for user)
