Our application provides detailed attendance reports by monitoring system usage and
tracking user activities throughout the working day It operates based on a configurable working hour threshold to categorize attendance status as follows:
These are our default configurations.
Absent: A user is marked as absent if their total working time is less than 4 hours.
Half Day: If a user's working time exceeds 4 hours but falls short of 8 hours, they
are credited with a half day's work.
Full Day: A user is considered to have worked a full day if their working hours exceed 8 hours.
This system ensures that attendance tracking is aligned with actual user activity and
work contributions. Administrators have the flexibility to adjust the minimum working hours. required for each attendance category to suit organizational policies.
Note : We can change this working hours configuration based our company requirements.
