How to configure working hours at the organizational level

How to Change Working Hours in TimeChamp:


Step1:

Open Timechamp application


Step 2. Access Settings:
Inside the application, look for a menu or icon that represents settings. It might look like a gear or have the word "Settings" written next to it. Tap on it to access the settings menu.


Step 3. Adjust Working Hours:
Within the settings menu, find and click on the option related to "Working Hours." It could be named something like "Working Time" or "Hours of Operation."


Step 4. Modify Working Hours:
In the "Working Hours" section, you'll see the current working hours displayed. You can now adjust the working hours according to your needs. You might need to tap on the existing hours and then type in the new hours or use a slider to set the desired time.



Step 5. Save Changes:
Once you've updated the working hours to your satisfaction, look for a "Save" or "Apply" button, usually located at the bottom or top of the settings page. Click on this button to save your changes.


Step 6. Organization-wide Changes:
Keep in mind that any changes you make to the working hours here will affect all users in the organization. This is because the changes are applied at the organizational level.


And that's it! Your new working hours should now be updated in the TimeChamp application for you and everyone in your organization to follow.
